Semester invoices are billed before the term begins and are due on the first day of classes. Students who are unable to pay their bill in its entirety may utiize a number of payment options. We offer Federal Financial Aid and Payment Plans through the Finance Office.
Payment Plans
Valor Christian College offers a Payment Plan option which will split your term tuition and fees over installments to be paid each month over the course of the semester. Payments can be made each month by the student through the their Populi (LMS) account or by setting up an auto pay through the Finance Office.
Sample Payment Plan: Balance for Semester A - $4,000
September 1- First Payment of $1,000
October 1- Second Payment of $1,000
November 1- Third Payment of $1,000
December 1- Final Payment of $1,000
Students who make arrangements for someone to pay on their bill must have a signed FERPA form on file through the Registrar's Office. The Finance Office cannot dicuss financial matters about a student's account without the student's written consent on a FERPA form.
Sample Billing Scenarios
The Finance Office has developed a few documents to provide you with information that can assit with your financial planning. Below you will find sample scenarios of Full-Time or Part-Time enrollment for Campus and Online Students. These scenarios below do not represent all charges for a term and should only be used as a guide for planning purposes. Students must always rely on actual statements from the institution and invoices on the student account.

Payment through Populi
Once a student is activated in Populi they have full access to view charges on their account. There is a payment link that students can send for payments to be made on their account. The Finance Team will be happy to explain the details of how students can use this feature. Students who do not wish to establish a payment plan also have the option to begin the process of applying for Federal Financial Aid. Information can be found under the Financial Tab and click on Financial Aid.
